Sarah
Sarah receives 1:1 supports on the weekends and uses this as an opportunity to access her local community and be supported to take control of her own life by accessing the world around her.
With the assistance of her support workers, Sarah is supported to access local cafes, nurseries, places of interest and even get her hair done at the local hairdresser!
Be sure to keep an eye out for Sarah in her local community as she is always up for a friendly chat!
